Innovative Simulation Techniques to Improve the RN Hiring Process & Retention Rates

Members of the team will share some of the innovative techniques they have developed to improve the selection process for recently graduated RNs in an effort to reduce turnover rates. The new methods include structured interviews, candidate teaching presentations, a communication exercise, and simulation with debrief.
