• Good ideas for incident reports!
How the speaker’s ability to convey the importance of recognizing the “errors” or issues identified in simulation could be used as a way to not only evaluate students progress, but an opportunity to improve student’s understanding of quality improvement and could be a great opportunity to empower new nurses to have this view.
I have no idea if our simulation team uses any particular software to record incidents that occur during simulations, but I can definitely see how it can be beneficial. The impact in simulation healthcare, using incident reports to make change in how students learn is a reasonable idea
