The fact that both Daniel and Matt mentioned getting staff buy in and collaboration and not to have an ivory tower mindset when making decisions about staffing based on objective data. Practical and realistic perspective. Really appreciated sharing the spreadsheet to play around with for staffing adequacy.
It was informative and interesting to see how to develop a staffing adequacy model unique to your own program
• Examples of how they quantified their data!
• Structural layout and examples. You clearly have done a lot of work!
• I loved having the example spreadsheet to take home and study.
I liked the models that were used to support the data. Huey, Louie, and Dewey… Thank you for making this webinar engaging
Hi, I am a faculty member for Las Vegas site of Arizona College, after listening to your presentation, very interesting data; however our sim techs have other duties outside simulation that they are responsible for, and the time sequence would be very hard to pinpoint for they are frequently pulled out to perform other duties. Presently only 2 techs with experience most of the new hires that do not stay have very limited experience. In your data how would you account for time not in Simulation duties. Thank you I would like to further discuss some other issues I see in the future.
