1. Program Description

Education Management Solutions may send SMS/text messages to individuals who voluntarily opt in. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Giveaway or contest notifications

  • Event-related information and reminders

  • Operational or transactional messages related to your interaction with EMS

We do not send SMS messages for unrelated third-party marketing purposes.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through a form, event registration, or other affirmative action, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Education Management Solutions.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. EMS is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred.

5. Opt-Out and Help Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying:

  • STOP to opt out

  • HELP for help or additional information

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from EMS unless you re-enroll.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes. Any information collected through SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Eligibility
